The discount on Russian gas supplied to Ukraine in October-December 2015 will be $24,6, according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, UNIAN reports.

It was previously reported that without taking into account the discount, the contract price for Russian gas for Ukraine in the fourth quarter will be $252 per thousand cubic meters. m. Thus, the final price of gas supplied to Ukraine will be $227,4 per thousand cubic meters.

Let us recall that Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree regulating the procedure for calculating gas prices for Ukraine from October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015.

“The price of gas supplies to Ukraine is set at the level of gas prices for the countries of the European Union adjacent to Ukraine,” notes the explanatory note to the document published on the website of the Russian government.
