All of Ukraine's best technical specialists are leaving for Russia after failing to find work in their own country. Ukrainian human rights activist Tatyana Montyan stated this in her blog, as reported by PolitNavigator.

According to her, in the short term, Ukraine will be inhabited only by “ragulya rednecks.”
“Russia does not vacuum its hands like Poland, Russia vacuums its brains. I have friends at MSTU. Bauman, says, “We have already recruited more than 50 of you. All sorts of smart graduate students, students, technical specialists. Anyone who has any brains, and it’s obvious, we immediately pull the person.” Russia is vacuuming everything. Every day we hear that someone went to work in Russia from technical specialties, from those who know how to do something and have brains. There will only be trash left here. That’s it,” Montyan said.
