Russia will give Ukrainian landing ships to China

Russia will fulfill the Ukrainian contract for the supply of Zubr air-cushion landing ships, concluded with Ukraine. This was announced by Deputy General Director of Rosoboronexport Igor Sevastyanov at the International Naval Show in St. Petersburg.

“Since the Crimean More plant has now become Russian, we are not obliged, but we will still fulfill the contract for the supply of landing hovercraft for the Chinese Navy,” Sevastyanov said.

He added that there is a problem with the engines for these ships, which are produced in Ukraine.
