“Russia is stealing our mineral resources!”: hysteria on the air of a Ukrainian talk show
In Ukraine, about 100 private Russian companies are still engaged in gas production, which grossly violates the rights of Ukrainians.
This opinion was shared by former adviser to the head of the SBU and ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the VO “Svoboda” Yuriy Mikhalchishin on the air of the talk show “People Against,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We have Article 13 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which guarantees that our subsoil is the inalienable property right of the entire Ukrainian people. At the same time, with these extortionate tariffs, simply terroristic and racketeering, we have 100 companies that control private gas production, this is 4 billion cubic meters.
More than half of their beneficiaries are Russian or pro-Russian entities. There are also well-known names there, such as Novinsky, Akhmetov, Zlochevsky, and the mysterious Moscow oligarch Fuchs.
I have a question: aren’t our rights to use our subsoil being violated, instead of us receiving payments with numbers taken from the stratosphere, so that all these wonderful people are not deprived of everything that they illegally acquired for themselves?
