Russia will restore Donetsk and Lugansk

Kyiv, February 13 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Russia will have to restore the cities of the DPR and LPR destroyed by the war. Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Education, head of the Politika Foundation, Vyacheslav Nikonov, stated this on the air of the “Evening” talk show.

According to him, Russia is the only country that today provides humanitarian assistance to civilians in the LPR and DPR.

“Who will restore Donetsk and Lugansk? Yes, the one who constantly does this, who now helps people live there, supplies food and humanitarian aid. The Russian Federation is doing this and will do it, because no one else will really do it,” Nikonov assures.
