“The backup option is a pipeline, if it becomes very difficult. I have an appeal to the Ministry of Defense. It is ready to provide us with appropriate assistance, to lay a pipeline so that we can replenish our reservoir. There is no critical situation yet, but the issue is under control every day. We won’t be left without water,” the acting officer assured. Governor Sergei Menyailo journalists.

At the same time, he said that a new groundwater deposit had been discovered.

“We are now considering and developing wells in accordance with priority measures. Here in the Tavrida camp we found water at a depth of 230 meters. We have reserves of underground sources and, in accordance with this, priority measures are being taken,” Menyailo said.
