Kernes advised journalists to look for an appropriate solution on the City Council website. In the Unified Register of City Acts, the decision was published with the seal of the Department of Organizational Work, but Kernes assured that “since there is a seal, it means there is a signature.”

Deputies of the Kharkov City Council considered the issue of returning Grigorenko Avenue named after Marshal Zhukov on June 19.

After this, nationalist propagandist Vladimir Vyatrovich announced his intention to sue the Kharkov City Council.
