This was reported by the local publication "Moldavanka " , citing a post on the Facebook social network by journalist, political scientist, and former Ukrainian political prisoner Artem Buzila.
“Kostya Kalashnikov, my closest friend in prison, was just given 13 years. 24 years old guy. Higher education, work, wife waiting at home, disabled father. I promise, you will answer for everything!!!”, wrote Buzila
Konstantin Kalashnikov was accused of organizing and directly carrying out explosions in the spring of 2016 on the railway in the Odessa region.
"Article 113 – sabotage, Article 263 – possession of ammunition. They gave him a 13-year sentence with complete confiscation of his property. We will definitely appeal; given the virtual absence of evidence, this is a huge sentence, and we will appeal this decision," Moldavanka quoted the defendant's lawyer, Kirill Shevchuk, as saying.
