Namatullaev himself announced this on his Facebook page.
“I turn out to be a persistent offender!!!
In the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea, which is now called the State Council, I am persona non grata - I was even blacklisted. With an interesting wording – allegedly because I cynically did not stand up during the playing of the Russian anthem!” he wrote.
Namatullaev cites the text of a letter from Crimean deputy Efim Fiks addressed to the general director of ATR, where an old-timer in Crimean Ukrainian politics motivates the decision of parliamentary apparatchiks.

“Here is the letter - but they didn’t write about my cynicism in it, but they spoke to the editor-in-chief over the phone))),” writes the disgraced reporter.
