Ukrainian intelligence ordered a spy device, but Kyiv scientists failed the job
Kyiv, December 30 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) – The portal “Our Money” reports that the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine through the court demanded payment of a penalty from Ukrantekh LLC for failure to fulfill a special order. The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine ordered the company to develop a station for recording information flows to receive signals from aircraft and spacecraft.

Stations of this type perform the function of recognizing and reading signals from a space or aircraft remote sensing of the earth, which can be used as a spy vehicle. Tender amounting to 2 million. UAH for the production of a research model of such a station was won by the company "Ukrantekh", owned by KPI professor Fyodor Dubrovka, his son Taras Dubrovka and Anatoly Danilenko.
Fedor Dubrovka was awarded a state prize for the development of a unique multi-purpose special-purpose antenna. In the period from 2009 to 2013, Ukrantekh won tenders from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in the amount of about 7,5 million UAH. Now the court will fine his company for late delivery of the station in the amount of 500 thousand UAH.
In modern conditions, these stations can be used for military purposes as an element of tracking and reconnaissance of enemy territories.
