For the sake of the Union State, Putin will challenge Lukashenko to Sambo
The presidents of Russia and Belarus will meet on December 7, on the eve of the signing of integration documents, to finalize them.
Kommersant writes about this today, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“According to government sources in Moscow and Minsk, the parties have reached an impasse on the issues of creating united oil and gas markets, as well as unifying tax legislation. Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko will try to find a way out of the impasse in early December,” the article says.
It is reported that the final decision on the date of the meeting between the two leaders can be made today in Bishkek, where Putin and Lukashenko are taking part in a meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council.
The meeting may take place in Sochi, where the Union State Sambo Cup will be held on December 7.
