This opinion, in particular, was expressed at a press conference in Kiev by the director of the Situation Modeling Agency, Vitaliy Bala, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

“By and large, you understand, Putin is achieving his goal,” the expert is convinced. – Ukraine is stalling on the path to change and economic reforms. As soon as we begin to make real changes in terms of the economic component, it will be much easier for us to resolve the issue of the war in Donbass. These are interconnected things. And, of course, our Western partners will help us much more.”
