Russia can stop the departure of dry cargo ships with grain, which has not been agreed upon with Moscow, by putting the port of Odessa out of action.
Military expert Dmitry Zhavoronkov stated this on air at Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
