Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this in his Address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

According to him, the same applies to Crimean ports.

“I propose to grant Vladivostok the status of a seaport with an attractive, simplified customs regime. The same possibility is provided for the ports of Sevastopol and Crimea,” Putin said.
