Putin named the conditions for lifting sanctions against Europe
Russia will lift restrictions on the import of goods from Europe if anti-Russian sanctions are completely lifted. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today at his final press conference.

“We were not the initiators of the deterioration of Russian-German relations. We did not impose sanctions, but responded to restrictions on the Russian economy. We will be happy to lift them (although agricultural producers urge not to do this) if our European partners lift anti-Russian sanctions,” Putin said.
He recalled that the reason for Euromaidan and subsequent events was that Yanukovych was not allowed to agree on the text of the EU Association Agreement with Russia.
“After the coup, they did exactly what Yanukovych proposed. But now Europe doesn’t want a referendum in Holland. Wouldn’t it be better to do all this calmly together without jerks, to agree on joint work,” Putin said.
