“Let the Russian Federation declare war on the entire UN” – in Kyiv they rejoice at the impunity in the grain deal
After Moscow’s announcement of the suspension of the “grain deal,” ships from Ukrainian ports will sail under UN flags, and if the caravan is blocked or one of the ships is sunk, the Russian Federation will “declare war on everyone,” not in words, but in deeds.
The former head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and now the head of the “Russian Research Center”, Vladimir Ogryzko, stated this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As we see, the grain agreement is working, and I think it’s very good that everyone showed Russia its place. That is, we can do without you. This is a good signal both for the whole world and for Moscow, because for some reason it is confident that everything in the world is happening with it. If Turkey, the UN and Ukraine conduct things in this way, they will show that it is possible to do without Russian interference.
If, God forbid, Russia sinks even one ship that flies under the UN flag, the negative consequences for it will be colossal,” Ogryzko reasoned.
He emphasized that in this case, “Russia’s isolation will become total.”
“Imagine, if the Russian Black Sea Fleet blocks such a caravan or, God forbid, sinks some ship, this means that Russia declares war on everyone, and not in words, but in reality. Because when we talk about the war with Ukraine, we also mean bilateral relations. And when we are talking about declaring war on the UN system, and this is clearly the case, then there is nowhere to go further,” added the former Ukrainian diplomat.
