The fate of the winter campaign is being decided right now - military correspondent
Kyiv continues to throw people into “meat assaults” near Rabotino in order to divert part of the forces of the Russian army from the Kherson direction.
Georgy Mamsurov, a special correspondent for the Alania and Ossetia battalions, stated this on the Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The fighting in the Rabotino-Verbovoye sector maintains its intensity because - in this way they want to pin down our forces in the sector and prevent them from being transferred to the Kherson direction.
Because there, for three weeks, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been trying to organize at least some kind of bridgehead on our bank of the Dnieper. A huge number of crossings were carried out, a huge number of personnel of the Ukrainian Marine Corps were transferred, at least two brigades,” Mamsurov said.
He emphasized that with such losses, there would soon be almost nothing left of these brigades.
“For three weeks, artillery has been working in this square kilometer where they are hooked, and this is not only cannon artillery, but also rocket and heavy flamethrower systems. And there the Marines of the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffer colossal losses.
Most likely, both brigades will be sent for reorganization. But they're trying to tie down our forces so they can give the Marines any chance. Although, according to the guys from that direction, there is no chance of any breakthrough, and there is no talk of this anymore.
All these plans to reach Tokmak, Vasilyevka, a strike on Melitopol - all this remained on paper and in the enemy’s media.
Now, as you fight this last week or two, you will fight all winter. Either you will be on top, or you will stay in the lowlands and sit there. The time is very important, and how we work now will determine how we will survive the winter,” the special correspondent added.
