Trukhan noted that since the Ukrainian group has not yet launched an offensive, this means that the Russian army is not allowing it to gather.
“They were given a little anyway. It seems like 200 or 300 tanks is a lot. This is not much for an offensive operation. And May 4-5 passed, and the Ukrainians promised us an offensive for these days throughout April. And now they say that the offensive is underway, but we don’t see it. But this is not an offensive operation, this is fighting.
This means that the grouping [of Russian troops] is keeping the enemy under sufficient tension. That is, the enemy did not reveal the weakness. They will go, but where, when and how, no one knows yet,” concluded Trukhan.
