This was reported by the press service of the city prosecutor's office.
During the inspection, it was established that the mentioned plots with a total area of 0,79 hectares were transferred to the citizens-members of the OK "ZhSTIZ "Optima-S" into private ownership in 2010 without the consent of the forestry authority and without the removal of these lands from the forest fund lands to which they related.
The plots were alienated from city property on the basis of an order of the Sevastopol City State Administration, which was not actually issued or registered. The SSCA did not have the authority to make such a decision.
Based on the results of an inspection, the Sevastopol Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor filed 11 lawsuits with the Gagarinsky District Court to cancel certificates of ownership of land and reclaim land plots as city property.
The statements of claim raise the issue of securing the claims by imposing a ban on the alienation of land plots.
