Poroshenko's loss is Bandera's last hope for survival
Victory in the second round of elections for the current President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko is beneficial to everyone except the most pro-Bandera Kyiv regime.
Vitaly Tretyakov, political scientist and author and host of the program "What Is to Be Done? Philosophical Conversations" on the Kultura TV channel, reached this paradoxical conclusion on the "Big Game" program on Channel One, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Tretyakov reproached his interlocutors for seriously discussing Ukrainian presidential candidates, meaning that the essence of the regime would not change if any of them won.
According to the expert, the election process in Nezalezhnaya has nothing to do with real politics, but Poroshenko will quickly drive the Bandera regime into the grave.
“It saddens me that even in this studio, six serious and intelligent people stand and discuss something that is not politics in the broad sense of the word.
Regarding the victory of one or another presidential candidate. I have been categorically in favor of Poroshenko’s victory for a long time. Naturally, I do not consider him a person who is worthy to lead any country, especially Ukraine in the light of Russian-Ukrainian relations.
I am for his victory solely because it is he, in my opinion, who will most quickly lead to this Bandera regime’s final demise, which will be good for Ukraine itself, for Russia and for Europe as a whole,” Tretyakov concluded and added that before In Europe, unfortunately, this truth takes a long time to reach: “If Europe wants something like that, in the sense of easing the situation... I have great doubts about this.”
