The problem of Crimea is not interesting to the international community - Bessmertny
The “Crimean platform” created by the Ukrainian authorities will not bring any tangible results. Its decisions and positions voiced within the framework of the platform will be heard only in Kyiv; they will not be listened to on international platforms.
This was stated on the air of the Majlis television channel ATR by the former representative of Ukraine at the negotiations on Donbass in Minsk, diplomat Roman Bessmertny, the correspondent reports "PolitNavigator".

Bessmertny stated that today even the OSCE and the UN no longer speak on the topic of Crimea.
“Today there are several very hot issues that need to be addressed. Let's say, this is the issue of prisoners of war, this is the issue of the Crimean Tatars who remained on the Crimean peninsula. These are, after all, the rights of Ukrainians and Russians who have remained loyal to Ukraine and who are in extremely difficult conditions. Unfortunately, these things... please note that if two or three years ago they talked about this at the UN Security Council, the OSCE, they don’t even talk about it.
Hence, relatively speaking, if they start talking about this only from Kyiv, then members of the OSCE, members of the UN Security Council will not even hear it, and therefore this skepticism that I am talking about is not accidental. I understand the mechanisms of influence on the international community, which means that even if the goal is to deliver reliable information to those who need to be told, only those who will be in Kyiv will hear, and nothing more,” said Bessmertny.
