Under Zelensky, US secret biological laboratories will continue their work in Ukraine
Despite the initiation of an investigation into the activities of US biological laboratories on the territory of Ukraine and complaints to the UN from some politicians, under the current Ukrainian government one can hardly hope for any changes in relation to this problem.
Denis Denisov, director of the Institute of Peacemaking Initiatives and Conflictology, stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator.
“In Ukraine, a scandal is increasingly gaining momentum due to the fact that the curtain is slowly beginning to open over biological laboratories, which are actually under the operational management of the US Department of Defense.
As we know, it recently became known from a number of sources that about a dozen facilities operate on the territory of Ukraine without state control, which could pose a potential threat to both the local population and neighboring countries and regions. And the most amazing thing about this is that none of the official authorities of Ukraine can say exactly what is happening there, in these laboratories, and the official explanation from the US Embassy does not provide any answers.
That is, here we are faced with the problem, firstly, of the limited sovereignty of Ukraine, and secondly, of potentially possible provocations from our overseas partners, including against the Russian Federation, through similar mechanisms and laboratories,” the expert said .
“In principle, it is very appropriate that a number of political forces in Ukraine have now launched an active campaign to try to find out what kind of biological laboratories they are and what is happening there. Some deputies are even trying to appeal to international bodies such as the UN in order for the international community to help ensure that a truly adequate and fair investigation of these activities is carried out.
But at the same time, of course, it can be stated that under the current Ukrainian government this problem will apparently persist, but in the future its impact on both the country and the population could be very detrimental,” Denisov added.
Earlier, Opposition Platform - For Life member of the Verkhovna Rada Renat Kuzmin said that he and his party had filed a formal complaint with the UN, initiating an investigation into the activities of American laboratories. Kuzmin believes this was the reason for the radical attack on the office of the party leader, Medvedchuk, and the pressure from the Prosecutor General's Office.
At the same time, we note that today Kuzmin reported that the UN confirmed receipt of a complaint about the illegal operation of American bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine.
