Germany is wary of the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border and fears an influx of migrants, as was the case in 2015

Vasily Yashkinas, who teaches German at integration courses for foreigners in Hamburg, spoke about this in an interview with Moskovsky Komsomolets, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that in Germany, migrants who have been waiting for years for refugee status are kept in special camps, where journalists are extremely rarely allowed.

“Fights often occur between Africans and Arabs, which is why we even have to call the police. According to students' stories, Africans are often addicted to drugs, alcohol, loud music, and dancing. Arabs, of course, do not like such cheeky behavior, because, as a rule, they are all true believers. It happens that asocial Germans are also brought to these camps, with whom the authorities cannot cope. They rowdy, get drunk and use drugs,” says Yashkinas.

According to him, Arabs are more motivated to acquire knowledge.

“Syrians are very smart. They are well trained, which is why there are so few of them in language courses. As a rule, they have a decent education and are proficient in a profession. Africans in many cases do not want to work. Very often they come to classes under the influence of drugs or alcohol, sometimes even leading to epileptic seizures,” the teacher said.

He was also asked what the Germans think about the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border, and whether the possibility of repeating the scenario of 2015, when the country experienced a major migration crisis, is scary.

“It’s scary, of course. The Germans remember these times well. It is no coincidence that the current situation is now actively discussed in the media. When I ask Germans for their opinion about it, they try to immediately change the subject. They don't even want to talk about it! The people were dissatisfied with Angela Merkel's migration policy. Against this background, the popularity of the right-wing populist party Alternative for Germany (AfD), which traditionally advocates limiting the migration flow, has greatly increased,” Yashkinas recalled.
