The Council of Ministers explained to the Navigator correspondent that the head of the Crimean government was forced to miss the meeting due to an emergency meeting with the security forces. As a result, Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Temirgaliev negotiated with investors.
Today, 26 wounded law enforcement officers from Kyiv were delivered to Crimea. The bodies of the dead Interior Ministry employees should be delivered in the evening. Another plane with wounded is expected to arrive tomorrow.
