“I can imagine the consul’s face”: A militiaman caused trouble at the Ukrainian Embassy
DPR militia member Maxim Shishov submitted an application to renounce Ukrainian citizenship to the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow, citing the fact that he received a passport of the Donetsk People's Republic.
Shishov published the relevant documents on his Facebook, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I can directly imagine the face of the consul (and to read this is his diocese) when trying to combine in my brain the fact of the existence of a citizen of the DPR, certified by a notary of the Russian Federation, who renounces UA citizenship in order to acquire it in the Russian Federation. It’s a pity it wasn’t possible to introduce the tomos into this joke,” the militiaman commented.
