“I personally proposed to the Right Sector a scheme for complete legalization. In particular, many options have been proposed that provide for mandatory contract service. They abandoned it,” said volunteer Yuri Biryukov.

In his opinion, when a unit wants to be supposedly legal, but at the same time “autonomous and not subordinate to anyone, this is from the realm of science fiction.”
