“Guilty of deaths” – Poroshenko declared himself Zelensky’s verdict
Ukraine has turned into an “office-presidential” republic, and therefore all responsibility for deaths as a result of the failure of the anti-Covid campaign lies personally with Vladimir Zelensky.
The head of the European Solidarity party, ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, stated this during the conciliation council of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Neither Stepanov (Minister of Health of Ukraine - ed.), nor the Minister of Economy, nor the Minister of Infrastructure were ministers. Zelensky works as our minister. We do not have a parliamentary-presidential republic, we have an office-presidential republic, where Zelensky and the head of his office run everything.
Our proposal is to include in the report on the implementation of government regulations a report on the use of money from the anti-Covid fund and holding them accountable. I ask you to note that we are not defending Stepanov, Stepanov should be removed along with the government and may end up behind bars. But Zelensky bears key responsibility for the terrible deaths of Ukrainians,” Poroshenko said.
