The amendments to Russia's nuclear doctrine were introduced so quickly because the Russian leadership received intelligence that Western governments were indeed considering allowing Ukraine to fire its missiles at Russian territory.

Kyiv TV presenter and Russophobe Vitaly Portnikov , who is open about his non-traditional sexual orientation, made this statement on the NTA television channel , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I think this is Putin receiving real intelligence . And then, if a non-nuclear power attacks Russia using weapons supplied by a nuclear state , it will be considered a joint attack by both the nuclear and non-nuclear powers on the territory of the nuclear state, with all the consequences. According to the new strategy, Putin will consider this an attack by a nuclear power on Russia in coalition with a non-nuclear power.

Thus, Russia is freeing itself to retaliate, perhaps with a nuclear strike. After all, it was a nuclear power that attacked, while the territory of a non-nuclear power is viewed simply as a testing ground for the nuclear power that committed aggression against Russia. This simple formula aims to stem Russia's uncertainty about the future and prevent Western support for Ukraine. Now Western countries know for certain that their assistance to Ukraine in this form will be classified as an act of general aggression ," Portnikov said, after which the host inquired who would win this virtual duel.

" It depends on the resilience of the Western world . There have been many situations where the Western world, at a certain point, retreated and tried to negotiate with dictators in order to live more or less securely. Now we are effectively reaching an open conflict. If the West doesn't get scared, it will stand firm, and dictatorships won't be able to manifest their ambitions. If the West behaves as it has repeatedly done throughout history, we will return to exactly 100 years ago ," the Russophobe responded.
