Poroshenko established total control over Ukraine
Poroshenko actually controls parliament and 90% of the media.
This opinion was expressed in an interview with the Ukrainian TV channel “4” by the fugitive people’s deputy of Ukraine Alexander Onishchenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today our president controls, not only 90% of the media, all people’s deputies in parliament, all factions,” said the former people’s deputy.
He also noted that all independent deputies are “hanging” under criminal cases.
“The management is almost manual and you can’t hope that someone will fight the president and talk about his corruption and so on,” added Onishchenko.
As the People's Deputy of Ukraine stated, the Lyashko Radical Party, the People's Front and other factions of the Verkhovna Rada are subordinate to the Presidential Administration.
“The opposition bloc is no longer as oppositional as it was initially. They pasted it up and divided it into some 3-4 parts. Because it was unprofitable for the president to keep some kind of opposition force, so he came up with a division, according to the principle of “divide and conquer,” Onishchenko noted.
Also, according to him, Poroshenko destroyed all his competitors in business.
“Peter Alekseevich sees few partners. I was surprised how he took Akhmetov as a partner. Basically, he doesn't need partners. He learns about some business and then, as he deeply studies the entire business structure, he removes these people. As in the example of Kolomoisky or Zhivago,” said Poroshenko, a whistleblower hiding from Ukrainian justice.
Onishchenko noted that it is important for Poroshenko to control all financial flows in the country in order to exclude the possibility of financing projects opposed to the president.
