Poroshenko is trying to avoid punishment for using the army against the population

The main purpose of President Petro Poroshenko signing the scandalous law “on the reintegration of Donbass” today is an attempt by the Ukrainian ruling elite to avoid punishment for using the army against its own citizens in Donbass.

This is stated in a statement by the Speaker of the DPR Parliament Denis Pushilin.
