Poroshenko is losing to Russia because of greed, laziness and Ukrainian language
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense is losing on all fronts of the information war because it is skimping on translators for its media outlets. Ukrainian military expert Dmytro Malyasov stated this on Zbroya.UA radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We are losing to Russia because in the USA, in Germany, in the same Moscow, they don’t know the Ukrainian language, they know Russian and English. We are missing this point, we do not work in English, we do not work in Russian. Why doesn’t the Ministry of Defense maintain English-language publications? Why don't they invest in English-language programs? Why can’t journalists, at the expense of volunteers, at their own expense, translate Ukrainian-language publications in order to educate foreigners?” - Malyasov laments.
