Poroshenko praised the “school truce” that was violated 600 times – the Armed Forces of Ukraine had “no losses” for the third day in a row

After the announcement of the “school truce” on August 25, 2017, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have not suffered losses in the Donbass for the third day.

Petro Poroshenko stated this during a speech in Krasnoarmeysk, presidential press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko reported on Twitter.

“Ukraine has put forward an initiative for a school truce. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have not suffered losses for three days,” Poroshenko said.

As PolitNavigator previously reported, Alexander Hug, First Deputy Chairman of the OSCE Mission to Ukraine, reported that the OSCE mission in Donbas had counted 600 violations of the "school truce" introduced on August 25, 2017.
