Poroshenko switches to even harder drugs
The closer the presidential elections in Ukraine, scheduled for March 2019, are, the more actively President Poroshenko will pedal the humanitarian issues connecting Ukraine with Russia.
Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute of Policy Analysis and Management, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, according to whom Poroshenko will continue to promote himself on an anti-Russian theme.

“Unfortunately, I think that by 2019 we will reach a possible severance of diplomatic relations or their extreme reduction. We can go as far as introducing a visa regime. It is obvious that all humanitarian issues that connect us with Russia - language, history, church - will be actively emphasized. This is virtually inevitable; the laws of the genre require it. Political addicts need increasingly hard drugs,” said the political scientist.
