The regime of Petro Poroshenko is specially promoting the story of the investigation into the scam surrounding the collection of funds for the construction of the “Hospital of the Future” by the wife of Viktor Yushchenko. The current president is trying to use cases of bygone days to distract the public's attention from the current scale of theft.
Political scientist Mikhail Pavliv stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

Why are they taking on the topic “Hospitals of the Future”? Because she is well known. The message about stolen money from children with cancer remains in the information space. They just take a popular conflict and start poking around at it,” says Pavliv.
