“Saakashvili will be used as a battering ram against the current government, moreover, by the people who installed it.

The task was formulated extremely clearly - it was necessary to drag Russia into the war, but Poroshenko did not do this, he turned out to be an insufficient hawk. Now all those who dream of continuing bloodshed, of escalating violence in the Donbass, naturally join the ranks of Saakashvili’s supporters - there are already all sorts of ATO veterans, active soldiers of the so-called volunteer battalions, political opposition, and so on.

We must understand that power at this moment, after all, is in the hands of Poroshenko and the Turchinov-Avakov-Yatsenyuk group. It is clear that they will not simply give up power; they will fight for it to the last.

They will defend themselves by force. Everything that they previously accused Yanukovych of, they themselves are implementing confidently and without a second of hesitation.

Both sides will continue this game. On the one hand, Saakashvili will encourage his supporters to put up more tents there, the demands will most likely begin to radicalize, and the current government, as soon as it feels that the mood of the spontaneous crowd can have irreversible consequences for it, will most likely follow a forceful solution to this issue.

There will be no hesitation, unless, of course, someone in Washington picks up the phone and says, “That’s it, friends, Boryspil airport - welcome to Canada, write your memoirs,” Gasparyan said.
