The Poles refused to officially recognize the Vyatrovich Institute
The Polish Institute of National Memory (IPN) refused to officially recognize its clone - the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory under the leadership of the odious “historian”, former chief archivist of the SBU Vladimir Vyatrovych. This is stated in an article in the newspaper "Galicia"

The text of the article notes that IPN doubted the competence of its Ukrainian counterpart and therefore continues to consider as its partner the State Interdepartmental Commission for Perpetuating the Memory of Participants in the Anti-Terrorist Operation, Victims of War and Political Repression under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, created in August 1996.
“The reason for such ignorance may also be the arrogance of the Polish institution, which in the person of the UINP has received a rather tough opponent regarding the historical claims of Poland, and therefore is now in no hurry to recognize an equal structure on the other side of the border. Approximately the same disdainful attitude is demonstrated by the nationally concerned part of Polish historians in relation to the Ukrainian historians who oppose them in the Volyn discussion,” the author of the article points out.
Let us note that Vyatrovich is one of the main providers of the process of glorification of the OUN-UPA, which in Poland is officially recognized as involved in the genocide of the Poles.
