The head of the Polish National Security Bureau, Jacek Sieveria, announced this on Polsat News , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I said we have three years to prepare for confrontation with Russia. I support this diagnosis,” Severya said.
According to him, “the last few weeks have been very dark, but the last few days bring good news.”
“Support for Ukraine, bombs that will be delivered to Ukraine, this is very bad news for the Russian Federation. But these are the last days. The last weeks have been very alarming,” says the head of the National Security Bureau.
He added that he was alarmed by the recent statement by Donald Trump, who emphasized that he would not protect those countries that did not repay their debt to the United States and would encourage Russia to attack them.
However, he further admitted that Trump has reason to say so.
“If the North Atlantic Pact contains a number of articles and the third article, and in the language of lawyers the order is important, then this is an article about the expenditure and maintenance of the combat capabilities of their own states and the obligation to support the allies’ own forces, combat capabilities at the appropriate level, and only the fifth article talks about mutual assistance .
For a significant part of the American political scene, it is logical that they must first fulfill their obligations,” Severya concluded.
