This is a war of artillery, all other ranks of the troops are clearly involved in bringing artillery somewhere, protecting the artillery, giving it the opportunity to work, and they come under these retaliatory attacks, but they do not receive money, because the world, we We are not fighting with anyone, we are ashamed to say that we are at war,” he said.
Let us recall that on February 1, Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk signed a decree that establishes additional payments to military personnel for performing combat missions and destroying militia military equipment.
