Zelensky's negotiators boldly responded to Russia
Ukraine does not intend to enshrine in the Constitution the special status of the Donbass republics.
The press service of the President of Ukraine reported this, commenting on the next round of negotiations on Donbass in the Minsk format that took place today via video conference.

"The Ukrainian side once again categorically rejected the possibility of enshrining the special status of the ORDLO ( a derogatory name for the LDNR – Separate Districts of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts, – ed. ) in the Constitution of Ukraine," the statement reads.
As is known, Russian negotiators previously insisted that the special status of the LDPR be guaranteed precisely by introducing a corresponding article into the Constitution of Ukraine, since a simple law on special powers for Donbass could easily be repealed by a vote in the Verkhovna Rada.
Zelensky's negotiators responded to Russia with a bold response.
