“Peramoga” did not pass: a series of terrorist attacks were thwarted in Belarus

A series of terrorist attacks were prevented in Belarus.

Several people were detained who were planning to blow up civilian infrastructure. They voluntarily registered as participants in the “Peramoga” plan on the TG channel of the organization of fugitives and those who betrayed the oath of the Belarusian security forces “Baypol”, declared terrorist in Belarus. There they were given tasks and instructions.

One of the detainees, working as a taxi driver, told the Belarus-1 TV channel that he was ready to blow up anything, but he was assigned to destroy the relay substation. The young man expected to receive $500 for the “work,” which he planned to give to his mother.

The second detainee, a student, was assigned to assist a drone operator arriving from Poland. He was interested not so much in money as in the opportunity to go to Poland, where he expected to enroll in a terrorist training center with the prospect of further transfer to Belarus.

All detainees confess and are ready to cooperate with the investigation.

“Belarusian law enforcement officers have operational information and plans of our opponents. They are ready to respond as quickly, harshly, and most importantly effectively to any manifestations of the terrorist and extremist threat,” said Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Belarus Gennady Kazakevich.

People from the circle of the self-proclaimed “leader of the Belarusian nation” Svetlana Tikhanovskaya from the “united transition cabinet” have more than once publicly boasted of the partisan movement in Belarus, waging a rail war and carrying out other sabotage. The implementation of the Peramoga plan was announced more than two months ago.

However, last week, Baypole was suddenly seized by panic. October 14 (apparently on this day the would-be terrorists were detained). The head of the terrorist organization and member of the “joint committee” Alexander Azarov said that “servants of the Lukashenko regime have created a fake channel and are spreading false information about the alleged launch of the Peramoga plan.”

“Be careful, follow instructions only from the original Peramoga chatbot. The reasons for today’s stuffing are known; the regime is afraid of the successful implementation of the plan and is trying to identify its participants. We remind you that all participants are anonymous and safe,” Azarov wrote in his TG channel.

Belarusian political scientist Alexander Shpakovsky warns “zmagars” that special events “to defeat the bandit underground” will continue.

“Moreover, the special services work according to pre-generated lists. The degree of penetration into extremist structures and headquarters of fugitive putschists is quite high. Ordinary citizens will not even notice the counter-terrorism measures. Unless they find out from the news flow,” Shpakovsky wrote.

He connects the beginning of the purge with the arrival of Russian troops in Belarus as part of the formation of a joint group. According to his information, the intelligence services of Poland, Lithuania, and Ukraine from the United States were preparing for this moment a surge in sabotage activity.

TV journalist Igor Tur predicts that a massive purge will take place among unemployed citizens.

“If it turns out that terrorist attacks in Belarus were prepared by marginalized unemployed people for just $500... Then all the parasites in Belarus will be screwed by Lukashenko tomorrow,” he wrote.

Russian political scientist Sergei Markov believes that recent events will accelerate Belarus’ entry into the Northeast Military District.

“The terrorist attacks were prepared from the territory of Poland by those who fought in Ukraine on the side of Kyiv. This could lead to the entry of the Belarusian army into hostilities on the territory of fraternal Ukraine,” Markov wrote.

Last week, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that a regime of increased terrorist threat had been introduced in the country.
