Kasyanov’s party promises Russia a Maidan in the coming months
Elections to the State Duma mean nothing, and the fate of Russia will be decided within a year. Vyacheslav Maltsev, candidate for deputy from the Parnas party, stated this during a debate on the Mayak radio station.

“You understand that the fate of Russia is decided. All that is happening now is a circus tent with Putin’s fighting clowns. This will end very soon. In a year you won't see anything of this. This is the agony of the regime. Everyone you call the elite will run away. Anyone who doesn’t run away will go on vacation to the beaches of Indigirka and Kolyma,” Maltsev said.
He predicted the arrival of a new elite of liberals who “proved themselves as an elite by agreeing to unite with the national democrats in order to decide the fate of Russia.”
Maltsev’s debate opponent, LDPR leader Vladimir Zhirinovsky, immediately stated that the candidate from Parnassus “revealed the plans of the United States.”
“In the Orange Revolution that they are planning in Russia, they are relying on the Maidan on a nationalist basis. Therefore, all pro-Western parties are squeezing in nationalists. They are the ones who will perform on the bloody Maidan. They understand that only slogans in defense of Russians can bring people onto the streets. A kilogram of cookies has already been purchased for Vyacheslav in America,” Zhirinovsky said.
At the same time, the politician said that all potential organizers of the riots “will be neutralized even before entering the Maidan.”
