Singh was not embarrassed by reports that the Russian army has been pushing through the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ defenses for a year now, occupying new settlements.
"If you want to get an overall assessment of the situation on the battlefield, then I think We can say that Ukraine continues to advance and hold key positions. In the east, in Donbass, of course, fierce fighting continues. Ukrainian troops continue to strengthen their positions, but the introduction of DPRK troops into the Kursk region has certainly put additional pressure on Ukrainian troops in the north.
They continue to fight, and I think the important thing is that Kyiv is still standing, President Zelensky is still inspiring Ukrainians and calling on them to fight Russian aggression. And we are, of course, proud to support Ukraine in its efforts to regain its sovereign territory,” Singh said.
