Former MP Elena Bondarenko reported this on her social media page, citing eyewitnesses.

“Eyewitnesses from the scene report. On Dmitrievskaya, the management building of TC INTER is under siege by men of very different clothes and ages. Tires, tents, flags are red and black. The entrance is blocked by corrugated sheets of metal. They are already covered in black paint - various insults towards Inter. Nearby on the right in the park are security forces - in black and camouflage. There are 2-4 special services officers in the adjacent courtyards. They don't hide. Everyone is waiting for something,” she writes.
