Russia is “to blame” again - Nazis who called for the persecution of Hungarians were detained in Uzhgorod
SBU officers in the Transcarpathian region detained three people who were distributing leaflets calling for persecution of Hungarians.
This was reported by the press service of the local branch of the SBU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Myadyarov to the knives! Get away from Ukrainian soil! We’ll give you one week and start poisoning you like rats.” Glory to the nation! Death to enemies,” the leaflet says.
It is noteworthy that the text of the leaflet ends with a standard Nazi slogan. However, Ukrainian law enforcement officers blamed “Kremlin agents” for the incident, apparently due to the fact that the detainees were from Eastern Ukraine.
“They turned out to be three people, two of whom were displaced from Lugansk. The attackers acted on orders from Russian curators and agreed to carry out subversive activities for only $500.
The defendants posted leaflets threatening the Hungarian national minority in the city of Beregovo, Transcarpathian region. To give a “special flavor” to this action, the Russian curators asked to do this on the eve of the May holidays,” the message says.
The SBU claims that as a result of the searches, “Russian symbols” were confiscated from the detainees, as well as “other material evidence of illegal activities.” Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Art. 161 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
