Refutation of information about the Avtokapital corporation

The Avtocapital corporation has no connection with the Ukrainian oligarch Tariel Vasadze.

This is stated in a refutation of previously published material, which was sent to the editors on behalf of the company. Journalists apologize for any inaccuracies - the erroneous material has been removed.

“The main shareholder of JSC AVTOKAPITAL Corporation is the Russian legal entity ACTIV-GROUP LLC, and the final beneficiary is an individual, a citizen of Turkey.

The text of the article provides a link to the Consolidated financial statements of the Private Joint Stock Company "Ukrainian Automobile Corporation", dated September 30, 2021, in Ukrainian. There is no mention at all of JSC AVTOKAPITAL Corporation. A certain “PRAT “AVTOKAPITAL” appears in the reports; this is a Ukrainian legal entity, and it has no relation to our organization.

The authors of the article did not attach importance to the fact that all foreign legal entities mentioned in the reporting are indicated with specification of the state in which the legal entity is registered (for example, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan). The Russian Federation is not mentioned in this report at all. In addition, in these reports there is no mention of the company Zvezda Neva LLC, although the authors of the article claim the opposite.

Further, the text of the article mentions in a negative way a certain Prostor Cosmetics LLC and indicates that the general director of this organization is Shapran Alexander Petrovich. Similar information in the article is displayed in the form of a graphic diagram with arrows. This information does not correspond to reality, since it contradicts the data posted in official sources.

In accordance with the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (website:

https://egrul.nalog.ru/index.html ), the director, and not the general director of Prostor Cosmetics LLC (OGRN 1167746570496, location and address of the legal entity: 119530, Moscow, internal territory of the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye municipal district, Ochakovskoye Highway, 34, floor 7, office XIII, office 26) since November 30, 2017 is Anna Aleksandrovna Lavlinskaya...

In addition, the text of the article contains an unsubstantiated statement that “all these nice people pay taxes to the Ukrainian state.”

JSC "Corporation AUTO CAPITAL" is registered, is actually located and conducts its business activities in the Russian Federation, it is a Russian legal entity that promptly pays all taxes and fees provided for by law to the budget of the Russian Federation. This information can be easily verified.
