In the presidential elections of the Russian Federation taking place today, Russian citizens living in Belarus give preference to Vladimir Putin.

Russian opposition blogger Vyacheslav Osetrov writes about this on his Facebook page, calling for a boycott of the elections.

“The voting in Minsk is just hellish. I have never seen anything like this before, the atmosphere is reminiscent of the DPRK. All Russians answer that they voted for Putin and to the question “Why?” they start CRYING and say that he is the COLLECTOR OF RUSSIAN LANDS,” the blogger claims.

“If in the Belarusian elections the majority always answers that they voted against Lukashenko, then the effectiveness of Russian propaganda is really visible, which brainwashes people so much that people start crying at the mere mention of the name VVP,” added Osetrov, who also posted a photo from the polling station in Minsk.
