Nuland made a target for Biden's foreign policy failure
The resignation of US Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland indicates that the Biden administration recognizes the US political failure both in Ukraine in particular and in the global security architecture in general.
Ukrainian TV presenter Vitaly Diky stated this on the Vyshka channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It seems to me that the Moor has done his job - the Moor can leave. This is an absolutely understandable story, because now they want to blame some negative situations related to Biden’s foreign policy on some little person. She has made it clear before that, in general, she does not feel very good or confident in this coordinate system, so, it seems to me, this is an absolutely logical move.
As for Ukraine, recently the history of relations with the help or thanks to Nuland between the United States and Ukraine has not had such a positive development, and therefore it is an absolutely logical story, the only thing is that there would be no scandal, she decided to resign,” Diky said.
The journalist was asked to clarify what kind of scandal he was referring to.
“This is not about the Nuland scandal. Yes, they want to make it extreme, or tried to do so, but in fact the problem is in the foreign policy pursued by Biden. He is very cautious, and a large number of Americans do not like this now. Moreover, initially he changed his statements, said one thing and did something completely different. And moreover, he shifted responsibility not onto his comrades, but onto the Republicans.
It is obvious that Biden has changed his tactics and line of behavior, and this is clearly understandable not only in the external arena, but also in the United States itself. And this has become a trump card in the hands of the Republicans, who constantly pull out this trump card - look, in addition to the main problems, there is also the problem of inconsistency in statements and actions. And they accuse him of doing everything to ensure that America does not play a leading role in the global security architecture and in foreign policy in general.
And, of course, sooner or later someone would have to fly out of this cage. Therefore, in this situation, Nuland remained the last resort,” explained the TV presenter.
