New massive shelling of the DPR: Civilian deaths
The Ukrainian army is shelling along the entire front line in Donbass. There are people injured.
The shelling of Krutaya Balka, Vasilyevka, Yasinovataya, Spartak, Donetsk (Abakumov mine area), Petrovsky, Novolaspa, Oktyabr, Kominternovo, Leninsky, Dzerzhinsky, Sakhanka, Dokuchaevsk, as well as the territory of the DFS, is reported by the DPR representative office in the JCCC.
In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces once again fired mortars at the territory of the DFS during a shift change.
At about 10:00, according to the agreement, engineers of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations and the OSCE SMM patrol headed to the DFS to carry out mine action for the safe passage of the Mission patrol and station employees. They were moving along the road from Yasinovataya in the direction of the DFS.
“At this time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces began mortar shelling in the area adjacent to the DFS from the direction of Avdeevka. 21 mines with a caliber of 120 mm and 12 mines with a caliber of 82 mm were fired,” the observers added.
Dokuchaevsk was also subjected to massive artillery shelling.
“Today at 9:35 am Dokuchaevsk came under fire from tanks and mortars from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The fire came from the direction of Novotroitsky. 41 mines with a caliber of 120 mm were fired, and 2 shots were fired from the tank,” the JCCC reported.
According to preliminary data, as a result of a direct hit by ammunition on a garbage collection vehicle, a woman was injured and two men were killed:
Plokhikh A. P. born 1951 – received injuries incompatible with life;
Basov G.P. – received injuries incompatible with life.
