Kyiv – Sevastopol, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Alexander Kononov) – Opposition Bloc member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Vadim Novinsky, who previously stated that he does not support Crimea's annexation to the Russian Federation , appears to have decided to change his anger to mercy, clinging to business in Sevastopol.
The press service of the Balaklava Mining Administration, owned by the oligarch, offers cooperation to the Russian authorities, agreeing that “new political and economic conditions” are at hand.

“The owners of the Balaklava Mining Administration share the desire of the authorities and the public of Sevastopol for the environmental improvement of Balaklava... Taking into account these priorities, one of the directions for the long-term development of the enterprise is the possibility of further development of the Balaklava Green project in new political and economic conditions,” the document says.
The mine management also offers a “peace settlement” to the “Night Wolves” motorcycle club, with which the company has a dispute over a land plot near Mount Gasforta.
“As part of the development of the Gasfort site, it was planned to create an active zone, one of the main elements of which would be a bike center under the auspices of the NGO “Night Wolves”. Subject to strict observance of the legal rights of all parties, including the owners of the BRU, the initiative of the “Patriotic Club” can become one of the key elements of the complex, harmoniously complementing the original sports concept with accents of patriotic education of youth, thus, taking into account modern political and economic conditions, the implementation of the Balaklava Green project can become a powerful engine for the development of the entire region and an important point of contact of interests at the regional and federal levels, as well as an important factor for attracting Russian and international investment in the region,” argues the Balaklava RU.
