New provocation against Serbia - a double blow for the Albanians
The security forces of the Albanian separatists in Kosovo announced their refusal to recognize Serbian foreign passports when citizens enter the territory of the illegally seized region. This decision was made secretly and came into force on August 5. The innovation will hit residents of central Serbia who pass through separatist-controlled territories on the way to Albania and Montenegro, and carry only a foreign passport.
It is interesting that Kosovars recognize internal Serbian documents (personal card) and children’s birth certificates (with photos).

At the same time, another piece of news came from Tirana, which can be interpreted as a new step towards the creation of “Greater Albania”.
The new draft Citizenship Law, developed by the Albanian Council of Ministers, allows Albanian citizenship to be granted to anyone whose ancestors are of Albanian origin. The condition is that the applicant provides proof of a third-degree pedigree, local media reported.
The law is due to be submitted to parliament soon. It is expected that the initiative will be able to extend to residents of separatist-held Kosovo, central Serbia, Greece and Macedonia. Almost all of the listed countries in the region have significant Albanian diasporas.
